Here you will find mixtures of classes I’ve been teaching for over 10 years in my yoga studio. Most effective yoga classes based on traditions of Ashtanga vinyasa, Hatha yoga, Jivamukti and Yin yoga.
Meet Sveta
I’m certified yoga teacher of Ashtanga vinyasa, Hatha yoga, Jivamukti yoga, Yoga nidra and Prenatal yoga with more than 12 years of experience.
I was born in Kiev, Ukraine. I’m currently located in Limassol, Cyprus, where I’m teaching at Ananda Yoga Studio for Women.

PLAN YOUR PRACTICE
Find a Flow that Fits Your Schedule
For those who had never practice yoga before I prepared classes for beginners. During this course you will start moving slowly and gradually bulging your level of strength, balance and flexibility. It starts with introduction of the basic principles of yoga practice. In package for beginners you will find 3 practices, which I recommend to practice every other day.
Course for intermediate and advanced level of practitioners will help you to deepen your knowledge of how support body and mind in high level of development and keep it there. Along the practice you will learn how to build foundations for the most advanced asanas.
It includes 3 classes which you can practice randomly.
*Caution: please be advised that practice is not suitable for prenatal and postnatal periods. If you have any health issues please (especially, spinal/joins injuries or inflammations) consult your doctor before starting your exercises.
